Fancy cookies

This Fancy cookies , so cute, I found the recipe from here.

Ingredients:

300 gr butter

100 icing sugar

4 egg yolks

500 gr all purpose flour

1 tbs corn starch

1 tsp vanilla

Method:

Mixer butter and icing sugar until soft, add egg yolk, mixer again, add flour, corn starch and vanilla,blend and mix with rubber spoon/spatula.

For the decoration

Ingredients:

500 Icing sugar

100 cc egg white

1 tsp Cream of tar-tar (optional)

1tsp vinegar

1 tsp Essence

Method:

Mix all ingredient with au bain marie method, for 5-10 minutes. Take out from the stove and mix it until soft peak.
