Actually the original name is Tofu pudding, I change the name in to silky Pudding , because there is no tofu in it. The pudding is so soft like a silk, so refreshing , with strawberry, or fruit cocktail , I only have strawberry.
Ingredient:
1 package agar-agar
1300 milk
50-70 gr sugar
1 tbs almond essence
strawberry or fruit cocktail
Method:
Cook agar-agar with sugar and milk until boiled,leave it to cool in the fridge.
Spoon the pudding serve it with strawberry or fruit cocktail.
Looks so soft and refreshing!.
