Chilli Tempe


Yumm, eat it with warm white rice.


Ingredient:

Tempe (fried)
sambal ulek
garlic, shallot
pete (Pealed sator)
Terasi (shrimp paste)
Gula jawa (palm sugar)
daun salam
laos (galangal)

  1. Hmm...tempe my favourite one, especially tempe Malang. In Hamburg,I couldn´t find tempe as good taste like in Indonesia.
