Sponge cake with strawberry filling



Ingredients:


1 Pkg strawberry ( dice )

1/2 lemon ( squeeze , take the juice)

75 gr sugar

Sponge cake

Whip cream


Method:


-dice strawberry, cook with sugar , juice of half lemon, until thick, like jam.

- add whip cream on the top of sponge cake, top with strawberry filling and fresh strawberry for decoration. you can add Rum if you like into the sponge cake.
