Black Forest cake






I made this cake last week, for this cake I like to used spongy chocolate cake recipes, never disappointed.

    The cake looks delicious. Will the texture of the cake be affected if we omit the glucose?

  2. Hi DG, thank you for your nice comment, I think the texture will be effected If you don't used glucose, glucose in here the purpose for thickening agent like ovalet, so the cake not easily flop. You can buy glucose by wilton.
