Sweet Martabak / Martabak manis

I made this to day , I usually bought this at the food vendors on the street, it is so delicious.
This recipes by Vita, it is sure for keep, because the martabak taste so good, very soft, inside the cheese , chocolate, melted, with nuts,sesame, buttery taste dough, yummm
A :125 gr cake flour,
25 gr granulated/castor
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
175 ml water
1/2 tsp yeast
B : mix 2 egg with 1/8 tsp baking soda, 25 gr sugar
1.mix A with mixer
2.add yeast,mix
3.leave it for 2 hours cover with kithen towel untill rise double it size
4.after 2 hours add ingredients B, stir till mix
5.put all the ingredients in cast iron, bake on the top of the stove untill buble came out, and dry on the top.


grated chedar cheese
rice chocolate
baked sesame seeds
butter to spread inside the dough and top
sweet condensed milk

thank you for your nice comment, I think in singapore they sell it by the name Shanghai pancake. If you know crumpet for breakfast, they usually sell crumpet in australia so this a bit like crumpet, but this martabak softer than crumpet ,and more tasty. Crumpet a bit dry.
