Puding kentang Oreo


Nemu resep ini , enak, sayang bikinnya berantakan, mesti sabar bikinnya, adonan kentang biarin benar-benar udah dingin, jadi baru taro adonan karamel, kalau nggak nanti kecampur jadinya.
Boleh dicoba enak nih.

Ingredients:
2 bungkus biskuit oreo, buang lapisan gulanya

Bahan Puding Kentang:
300 gram kentang, kukus, kupas, dan haluskan.
900 ml susu cair
2 bungkus agar-agar bening
200 gram gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
3 butir kuning telur, kocok lepas

Bahan Lapisan Karamel:
150 gram gula pasir (I)
500 ml air hangat
1 bungkus agar-agar bening
150 gram gula pasir (II)

Directions:
1. Tata biskuit oreo di dasar loyang bulat berukuran 22 cm
2. Puding Kentang: Masak kentang halus, susu, agar, gula, dan garam sambil aduk hingga meletup-letup. Ambil beberapa sendok sayur adonan, tuang ke kuning telur kemudian aduk rata. Masukan kembali campuran telur kedalam adonan kentang lalu aduk sampai mendidih lagi. Tuang adonan ke atas biskuit oreo. Dinginkan
3. Karamel: Panaskan wajan lalu tuang gula pasir (I). Diamkan sampai gula hangus dan larut. Tambahkan air hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk. Angkat dan dinginkan
4. Tambahkan agar dan gula pasir (II) ke dalam karamel. lalu masak sampai mendidih sambil diaduk.
5. Tuang adonan ke atas lapisan 1 yang sudah setengah beku. Lalu bekukan keduanya.

Strawberry pudding


Strawberry seasons right now, this recipe is so healthy.


Ingredients:


300 ml strawberry

1 pkg agar (7 gr)

1 tsp gelatine

250 cc skim milk

250 cc low fat yoghurt

80-100 gr sugar


Method:


Mix all the ingredient in a pot, medium heat until boiled.

Guava Pudding


Ingredients:


1 pkg agar-agar (7 gr)

1 pkg instant gellatine/jello (15 gr) ,I used Nutrijell, Guava flavor

10 gr sweet basil seed / selasih

300 cc sour cream

1200 cc milk

150 gr sugar

Mango pudding


This is a good recipe for Mango pudding, I get from Florence's blog, but I make some adjustment, I added Mango sauce on the top also, because I have a lot of overripe mango. Taste so refreshing.



Ingredients:


400ml Low fat natural/mango flavoured yogurt

500ml Hi-cal low fat milk

500g mango puree

90g Castor sugar

200g cubed fresh mangoes (adjust amount according to your own preference)

100ml water

30g gelatin powder



Method:


1. Heat milk with sugar till sugar just dissolved. Remove from heat and leave to cool.

2. Stir mango puree and yogurt into cooled milk. Strain for a smoother texture.

3. Dissolve gelatin in 100ml hot water.

4. Stir cooled gelatin solution into mango yogurt mixture. Blend well.

5. Pour 1/2 mango yogurt mixture into jelly mould, chill for 20 minutes, top with cubed mangoes and pour in the remaining mango yogurt mixture.

6. Chill for 3 hours before serving


Notes: You can do half recipe by reducing all amounts by 50%.



Mango sauce:

Puree 1 mango, cook with 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1 tbs honey, until thick.

Silky pudding



Actually the original name is Tofu pudding, I change the name in to silky Pudding , because there is no tofu in it. The pudding is so soft like a silk, so refreshing , with strawberry, or fruit cocktail , I only have strawberry.


Ingredient:


1 package agar-agar

1300 milk

50-70 gr sugar

1 tbs almond essence

strawberry or fruit cocktail



Method:


Cook agar-agar with sugar and milk until boiled,leave it to cool in the fridge.

Spoon the pudding serve it with strawberry or fruit cocktail.

Fruit coctail pudding


Well again I have some leftover ,OMG I have to many leftover ...sour cream, yoghurt, cookies, fruit can, what can I do , well thanks to Kedai Hamburg, she has a very nice recipe for using sour cream. I have to change the title of this recipes into fruit mix pudding, because I don't used cake like the original recipes, I used cocoa puff Khong guan cookies for the base. One more thing I only have custard powder in my pantry so instead using vanilla pudding as the original recipe said .The predict I will make it again, maybe next time with cake for the base as the original recipe.


Ingredient:

500 ml milk

1 box vanilla pudding mix

2tbs sugar

500/600 gr sourcream

2 packages of agar-agar

1 can fruit coctail mix

250 ml syrup from fruit coctail

250 ml apple juice ( I used orange juice)


Method:

-mix the vanilla pudding with 2 tbs sugar,and milk cook untill boiled and done.

-take out from the heat add sour cream, mix it together

-pour the sour cream mixture to the cookie that you already put in the pirex glass,baked for 15 minutes, take out and leave it cool.

-add the fruit coctail on the top of the sour cream mixture, pour the agar-agar mixture on the top of fruit coctail (how to make the agar-agar: syrup from fruit coctail, orange juice cook with the agar-agar powder untill boiled), cool it in the refrigerator until set.

Oatmeals Bread pudding


Everyone know how to make french toast, this is one's is kind of like french toast but baked instead of fried.

It is so nice for breakfast. I soaked the bread overnight and left it in the refrigerator. Just used your leftover bread or stale bread.


Ingredients:

1 loaf of stale bread

5 eggs beat lightly

4 cups of milk

1 tbs Maple syrup

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbs cinnamon powder

1tbs vanilla essence

1/2 cup raisin or dried cranberries


For sprinkle on the top:

1/2 cup oatmeal

3 tbs maple syrup

2 tbs brown sugar

1 tbs demarara sugar

4 tbs butter


Method:

Cut square 6cm x 6cm bread, put in the Pyrex glass that already brush with butter, beat the egg with fork mix it with milk, maple syrup, salt,cinnamon powder,vanilla. Add the milk mixture to the bread, add the raisin or dried cranberries, leaf it overnight.

In the morning, make the sprinkle for the top, melt the butter,add brown sugar, maple sugar, take out from the heat add oatmeal, sprinkle on the top of the bread, and sprinkle with Demarara sugar, baked for around 40 minutes or until golden brown, 180 C

Agar-agar pudding







Ingredients:

2 enveloped Dream whip powder (kraft)
2 cup of cold ice water (250 cc)
2 enveloped agar-agar powder (14 gr)
125 gr castor sugar
200 cc water
raspberry, strawberry ( blend untill soft) 200 cc

Method:

1. mix cold ice water with dream whip untill peak form, leave it cool in the refrigerator

2. boiled water, sugar,and agar-agar untill dissolved, leave it untill warm
3. add the blend raspbery and strawberry

3. add the whip cream into the warm agar-agar, mix it. cool it in the refrigerator untill set.

Sago pearl Hun Kwe pudding/cantik manis

I am using Hun kwe flour/powder ( source recipe by primarasa) for this pudding, it is really nice to ate this when the weather is hot like right now. Cool it in the refrigerator before you eat it. Usually you find this kind of food in traditional market in Indonesia, they wrapped it one by one with banana leaf or transparent plastic, since I am so lazy to wrap it, hi,hi :P, just put it in the pirex and cut it.
Ingredients:
100 gr pearl sago
1300 ml coconut milk
1 tsp salt
250 gr granulated/castor sugar
2 screwpine leaf /pandan leaf
125 gr hun kwe flour/powder
175 gr jack fruit/ nangka
Banana leaf or plastic for wrap
Directions:
1. Boiled the water, add the sago pearl to the boiled water, till done, take out the sago pearl put it in the cold water
2.Boiled 1000ml coconut milk with salt, sugar,and screwpine leaf/pandan, stir till sugar dissolved, lower the heat.
3.Mix the rest of coconut milk with hunkwe flour/powder
4. add slowly no.3 to no.2 stir till thick consistency develop.
5.add drain sago peal, and dice jack fruit to no 4.
6. Wrap it in banana leaf/plastic wrap one by one, or just put it in pirex, and when it is cool cut it square.
