Everyone know how to make french toast, this is one's is kind of like french toast but baked instead of fried.

It is so nice for breakfast. I soaked the bread overnight and left it in the refrigerator. Just used your leftover bread or stale bread.

For sprinkle on the top:

1/2 cup oatmeal

3 tbs maple syrup

Method:

Cut square 6cm x 6cm bread, put in the Pyrex glass that already brush with butter, beat the egg with fork mix it with milk, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon powder, vanilla. Add the milk mixture to the bread, add the raisin or dried cranberries, leaf it overnight.

In the morning, make the sprinkle for the top, melt the butter, add brown sugar, maple sugar, take out from the heat add oatmeal, sprinkle on the top of the bread, and sprinkle with Demarara sugar, baked for around 40 minutes or until golden brown, 180 C
