Chocolate melting moments cookies

This cookies utterly yummy, for chocoholic, I love this cookies.

The recipe originally from land o'lake butter.

Preparation time: 45 min

Baking time: 10 min (I baked 19 min for 165 C)

Yield: 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup Butter, softened ( I used margarine)

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla1

1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

2/3 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons red and/or green decorator sugar or powder sugar, if desired.

Method:

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, cornstarch and cocoa. Beat until well mixed.

Cover; refrigerate until firm (1 hour).Heat oven to 350°F ( I bake at 165 C ) . Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10to 13 minutes ( 19 min )or until edges are set. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar and decorator sugars, if desired, in small bowl. Roll warm cookies in sugar mixture and again when cooled..TIP: Roll cookies in mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa instead of powdered sugar and decorator sugars.
