Slow Cooker Orange Chicken


I made this to day for diner, is so easy, and taste delicious, I added more ingredients than the original recipe from kraft , I add garlic powder, change the soy sauce with maggi soy sauce, add chilli powder.

Ready In: 8 hr 10 min
Serves: 4

8 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb./500 g)

3 Tbsp. flour

1/3 cup KRAFT PURE Orange Marmalade

1/3 cup KRAFT Original BarBQ Sauce

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. freshly grated gingerroot
TOSS chicken with flour in slow cooker.
STIR in all remaining ingredients; cover with lid.
COOK on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours).

Serving Suggestion Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed green beans. To Double Serving a crowd? Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients and increasing the cook time to 8 hours on LOW (or 6 hours on HIGH). Substitute If you don't have fresh ginger root on hand, use 1/2 tsp. ground ginger instead.
