Steam cake chocolate cheese

I made this today, I don't have emulsifier, I used 1 tsp baking powder, found the recipe from Rumah Ningnong, yumm so soft and sponge like cake.


4 eggs

160 gram sugar

1 tsp emulsifier

170 gram cake flour

100 ml milk

100 ml cooking oil

1/2 tsp vanilla

dark cooking chocolate , or rice chocolate

butter cream

grated cheddar cheese


Heat the steamer. Beat the eggs,sugar and emulsifier till pale. Add flour alternately with milk and cooking oil, blend it with spatula. Grease the cake mold with cooking oil, at the bottom put parchment paper. add the ingredient steam for 10 minutes , add chocolate grated on the top, and add the rest of ingredient steam for another 20 minutes till done. When it is cool add the butter cream and cheese on the top and side.
