Cassava leaves/Kale
No Cassava leaves don't be panic, just used Kale leaves for your dishes, taste the same. I tried this recipe, yumm. I added Pete and trasi ( shrimp paste).
Hi Dwiana, If you like cassava leaves , this one( kale leaves) taste the same, just take out the stem in the middle of the leaves, boiled untill soft, squizzed the water out every leaves, than you can used it for what ever you like. Happy cooking :)
