Fermented rice in coconut milk

I have some leftover rice, I get bored making fried rice all the time. This dessert is really nice, is more delicious when you eat this cold.

Ingredients:

Leftover rice
1 yeast for fermented rice wine
1 can coconut milk
1 can of water
3 screwpine leaves
3 tablespoon of sugar

Method:

Fermented the rice for 3 days.
Made the sauce, coconut milk, water, sugar and screwpine boiled until sugar dissolved.
Refrigerate the sauce. It is nice when you eat this cold.
