Roti Keju


Roti keju ini enak banget, empuk sekali, cocok juga dibuat roti Baso.
Dapet resepnya dari Websitenya NCC.
Tapi kalau aku, panggang 170 C selama 15 menit

ROTI KEJU

Bahan A:

500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
100 gr gula
11 gr ragi instan
1/2 sdt bread improver
4 btr kuning telor
200 ml air Es

Bahan B:

100 gr mentega/margarine
5 gr garam

Bahan C:

100 gr keju cheddar parut
100 gr mentega

Cara membuat:

  1. Aduk bahan A, uleni hingga bergumpal-gumpal, masukkan bahan
    B, uleni terus hingga kalis elastis. Istitirahatkan 20 menit.
  2. Kempiskan adonan, potong timbang 40 gr, bulatkan. Istirahatkan 10 menit.
  3. Aduk rata bahan C.
  4. Ambil satu bulatan adonan, beri isi bahan C, bentuk lonjong.Lakukan untuk semua bulatan.
  5. Diamkan 30 s/d 60 menit, tergantung kehangatan udara. Setelah terlihat mengembang ringan, poles atasnya dengan kuning telur kocok, panggang selama 20 menit, suhu 180 hingga terlihat keemasan. Angkat.

Nonya Kaya


Bikin selei Srikaya kemarin malam, enak nih, gampang banget bikinnya lagi pake slow cooker, resepnya nyontek dari blog ini nih.

1 cup Coconut milk
1 cup Eggs(about 3-4 medium to large size eggs)
1 cup sugar(already reduced from 2 cups)
10-15 pieces of pandan leaves, washed and wiped dry.

(This recipe makes roughly about 1 and 1/2 cups of kaya)

1. Wash, dry and tie up bundles of about 5 pandan leaves in each bundle(like in the pic above)
2. Measure out eggs, then beat lightly till yolk and white mixed.
3. Pour all(as in sugar, coconut milk and eggs) into breadmaker tin(like in picture above) and throw in bundles of pandan leaves.
4. Set on ‘Jam’ function.
5. Check on kaya after some time and make sure sides are mixed too.
6. When the breadmaker completes the function, take it out and cool for a while, remove all the pandan leaves, then put into a blender and blend lightly till it is smooth.

Notes:

*edited* The kaya will look like lumpy curdy chunks in a watery substance once the breadmaker has completed its cycle. This is NORMAL. You are supposed to blend it to acheive the smooth texture, ie, what we buy off the shelves. You may find that there might be quite a bit of water(this is just sugar water), so drain out some of this water and blend the remainder. You may add in more sugar water if you find your kaya too thick while blending. I hope this will iron out any misunderstandings about the product!

1. You may blend it till it is completely smooth too. I like my kaya with a bit of bits in it, so that you can taste the kaya bits rather than a smooth paste.
2. If you prefer a little sweeter, add another 1/4 to 1/2 cup more sugar.
3. If you cook this over the stove, you may not need to blend it since you are constantly stirring the kaya.
4. You may put in more pandan leaves if you want it to be greener… Alternatively, you may pound or blend a portion of the pandan leaves and strain it for the pandan juice and put it into the mixture before cooking.
5. If you’re cooking over the stove, the pot you’re using should NOT be warm/hot when you place the ingredients in to mix. If the pot is hot, the eggs would cook immediately, resulting in scrambled eggs!

Puding kentang Oreo


Nemu resep ini , enak, sayang bikinnya berantakan, mesti sabar bikinnya, adonan kentang biarin benar-benar udah dingin, jadi baru taro adonan karamel, kalau nggak nanti kecampur jadinya.
Boleh dicoba enak nih.

Ingredients:
2 bungkus biskuit oreo, buang lapisan gulanya

Bahan Puding Kentang:
300 gram kentang, kukus, kupas, dan haluskan.
900 ml susu cair
2 bungkus agar-agar bening
200 gram gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
3 butir kuning telur, kocok lepas

Bahan Lapisan Karamel:
150 gram gula pasir (I)
500 ml air hangat
1 bungkus agar-agar bening
150 gram gula pasir (II)

Directions:
1. Tata biskuit oreo di dasar loyang bulat berukuran 22 cm
2. Puding Kentang: Masak kentang halus, susu, agar, gula, dan garam sambil aduk hingga meletup-letup. Ambil beberapa sendok sayur adonan, tuang ke kuning telur kemudian aduk rata. Masukan kembali campuran telur kedalam adonan kentang lalu aduk sampai mendidih lagi. Tuang adonan ke atas biskuit oreo. Dinginkan
3. Karamel: Panaskan wajan lalu tuang gula pasir (I). Diamkan sampai gula hangus dan larut. Tambahkan air hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk. Angkat dan dinginkan
4. Tambahkan agar dan gula pasir (II) ke dalam karamel. lalu masak sampai mendidih sambil diaduk.
5. Tuang adonan ke atas lapisan 1 yang sudah setengah beku. Lalu bekukan keduanya.

Cake keju daging asep


Liat resep ini di Blognya Ningnong, enak , tapi aku nggak punya seledri jadi pake daun bawang , enak juga loh......

Ingredients:
5 telor
125 gr gula pasir
200 gr tepung terigu
100 gr mentega, cairkan
100 gr daging asap, potong dadu
4 sdm daun seledri, cincang halus
100 gr keju, potong dadu

Olesan :
1 butir telur ayam

Taburan :
100 gr keju,parut
1 sdm parmesan
1 sdm daun seledri, cincang halus

Directions:
- Kocok telur dan gula sampai kental.
- Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit, aduk rata
- Masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata. Masukkan daging asap, seledri dan keju, aduk rata
- Tuang ke dalam loyang yang telah dioles dengan margarine dan dialas kertas roti. Panggang sampai matang, angkat.
- Oles permukaan cake dengan telur, taburi keju parut dan parmesan + sledri sampai rata
- Panggang kembali sampai tercium harum keju, angkat dan keluarkan dari loyang
- Sajikan

Note:
bisa jadi 2 loyang ukuran 30*10*4 cm
