Semprit Sagu Keju


I made this yesterday, I can't find sago in here , so I used arrowroot flour mix with tapioca flour, the result is the same, yumm. The recipe is from here.
Ingredients:
125 g margarin
100 g butter
125 g icing sugar/powder sugar
3 egg yolk
100 g grated Edam cheese or old cheese
50 g grated Cheddar cheese
300 g sago flour or arrowroots flour
50 g maizena or cornstarch
50 g all purpose flour
Method:

Beat with mixer margarine, butter and icing sugar until soft,add egg yolk one by one. add cheese, mix with wooden spoon sago flour,maizena and flour.
add ingredients to the piping bag, and used star nozzle.
Baked for 30 minutes, 170 C until yellow and dry.

Thanks Retno, I change sagu with arrowroots flour and mix it with Tapioka flour, how about you, is it easy to find sagu in your hometown?
