Wholemeal Biscuits

I still have some wholemeal flour in the pantry, found the recipe from Yochana's blog.

Ingredients:

200 gm. Butter

200 gm. caster sugar

r270 gm. Plain flour

100 gm. wholemeal flour

30 gm. toasted sesame seeds - blended into powder form

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

Method:

(1) Cream butter with sugar.

(2) Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix till it becomes a dough.

(3) Roll dough to about 1/4 thick and then use a round cutter to cut it out. Lay onto baking tray.
(4) Bake at 175C for about 15 to 20 mins.

(5) Cool on cooling rack and then store in airtight containers.
