Fruit coctail pudding

Well again I have some leftover ,OMG I have to many leftover ...sour cream, yoghurt, cookies, fruit can, what can I do , well thanks to Kedai Hamburg, she has a very nice recipe for using sour cream. I have to change the title of this recipes into fruit mix pudding, because I don't used cake like the original recipes, I used cocoa puff Khong guan cookies for the base. One more thing I only have custard powder in my pantry so instead using vanilla pudding as the original recipe said .The predict I will make it again, maybe next time with cake for the base as the original recipe.

Ingredient:

500 ml milk

1 box vanilla pudding mix

2tbs sugar

500/600 gr sourcream

2 packages of agar-agar

1 can fruit coctail mix

250 ml syrup from fruit coctail

250 ml apple juice ( I used orange juice)

Method:

-mix the vanilla pudding with 2 tbs sugar, and milk cook untill boiled and done.

-take out from the heat add sour cream, mix it together

-pour the sour cream mixture to the cookie that you already put in the pirex glass, baked for 15 minutes, take out and leave it cool.

-add the fruit coctail on the top of the sour cream mixture, pour the agar-agar mixture on the top of fruit coctail (how to make the agar-agar: syrup from fruit coctail, orange juice cook with the agar-agar powder untill boiled), cool it in the refrigerator until set.
